With the “fitness” industry at large being so heavily influenced by media outlets the currently trending “fad of the month”. It can be quite hard for people to sift through what is actually supported through scientific study and research, and what is plainly just nonsense when it comes to advice for training, fitness, health, dieting, and general well-being.
